Cinnamon Doughnuts

Ingredients
- 35g Bulk Nutrients Protein Matrix+ Cinnamon doughnut
- 80g Flora light butter
- 25g Splenda
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150g Plain flour
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- Cinnamon sugar to sprinkle (3-5g)
Instructions
- Step 1: Mix the flour, protein powder, cream of tartar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a medium bowl.
- Step 2: In a large bowl using an electric mixer, beat the butter and granulated sugar together on medium speed until well combined. Add the egg and vanilla extract and beat further until combined.
- Step 3: Slowly add in dry ingredients while mixing with a wooden spoon until wet and dry mixtures are well combined.
- Step 4: Place the mixture in glad wrap and in the fridge for at least 30mins.
- Step 5: Preheat oven to 180°C fan-forced.
- Step 6: On a lined baking tray, roll mixture into doughnut shapes and sprinkle over cinnamon sugar.
- Step 7: Bake for 12-15 mins, let cool and enjoy!
